License Exempt Child Care (LECC) Grant - Quality Improvement grants are available to Child Care Assistance Program LECC providers to fund materials needed to address health and safety needs.

Gateways Training Tiers Add-on - LEFCC providers serving children eligible for the Child Care Assistance Program CCAP) can receive a quality add-on to the CCAP standard daily reimbursement rate.  This voluntary system offers three Training Tiers which providers can achieve and receive a quality add-on of 10% - 20% depending on the number of Tiers completed.  To access information regarding eligibility along with the Application and Guidelines, follow this link. https://www.ilgateways.com/credentials/gateways-training-tiers
